Tolerant Youth association in cooperation with Social – educational initiatives centre PLUS implement the continuous project “Consultation and information centre PLUS”, according to the European Fund for the Integration of third-country nationals, annual Programme 2012. The aim of the project – to increase opportunities for the integration of foreigners coming from non European countries, providing high quality services, ensuring counseling and information centre PLUS continuity. Project duration: July 1 of 2013- June 30 of 2014.
Project activities:
Lithuanian language courses for russian speakers and english speakers (300 academic hours)
Civic education courses for russian speakers and english speakers (70 academic hours)
Services of social worker
Services encouraging to partipate into labour market
Legal (juridical) services
Services based on business establishment in Lithuania
Services based on migration issues
Services of psychologist
Driving courses (70 academic hours)
Intensive consultations of experts on the topics such as : possibilities of education, health care, intercultural education, human rights and labor law in Lithuania
Monthly events of Lithuanian culture and history
Visits to govermental and non- govermental institutions
Services of library
Publishing Centre PLUS monthly newspaper
Broadcasting radio show “Consultation and information centre PLUS news every Friday on radio “PŪKAS” at 12.10
